The products we build follow a few firm rules: nothing consequential happens without confirmation, every action is on the record, and every escalation ends with a person. Working here means treating those rules as part of the craft, not as friction. We value writing over meetings, good judgment over busywork, and the kind of pride that shows in what we didn't ship.

Founding Product Designer
Own the visual and interaction language of MITRA: two typefaces, one accent color, and interfaces that stay simple and easy to trust. You will work across the member app, the portals, and the marketing site, and keep the design system consistent as the product grows.
Senior Platform Engineer
Build the core systems: the orchestrator, the risk and audit services, and the agent runtime on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, CDK). You will keep data boundaries strict and never ship anything that skips risk review.
Member Experience Lead
Be the person every escalation ends with. You will build and run the member support desk, set the service standard, and work with engineering so agents hand you a complete case, never a cold handoff. Customer service or hospitality background preferred.
