Data usage policy
What we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you keep.
What this covers
This policy covers information submitted through the forms on this website: the membership early access request, the provider listing application, and the careers application. The Mitra member platform has its own agreements; this page is about the public site only.
What we collect
When you submit a form we hold: your verified phone number (the number you confirmed with a one-time code), your name, the details you type into the form, an email address only if you choose to give one, and a record of the policy versions you accepted. Draft answers you save are held against your verified number until you submit or they expire.
How we use it
The membership desk uses your verified phone number to reach you personally about your request. That is the purpose, and the whole of it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not use it for advertising at all, we do not enrich it from data brokers, and we do not send marketing messages or marketing email. This site sets no analytics or advertising trackers. Your submission is processed on our behalf by the infrastructure providers that run this site and store the record, which the privacy policy describes in full.
By providing your telephone or wireless number, you agree to receive calls and texts from us (including prerecorded or artificial voice messages and autodialed calls and texts) at the telephone or wireless number provided. That agreement is limited to operational contact: your one-time sign-in code, which is itself an automated text, and reaching you about the request you made. It does not extend to marketing, and as above we send no marketing calls, texts, or email. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes: the vendors that process it do so only to deliver a message on our behalf. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw this at any time: write to privacy@rapidity.us or tell us on a call, and we will stop. Section 8 of the privacy policy is the full statement.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does no tracking. It uses only essential on-device storage: a browser record that you have seen our cookie and storage notice, and, when you sign in to submit a form, a short-lived session token that proves your verified phone number to that form and is discarded when your browser session ends. Neither is shared with anyone, and neither follows you across other sites. If you block storage in your browser, the site still works; the notice simply reappears.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our cloud infrastructure in the United States, encrypted at rest by that provider and in transit to it, with access limited to the small number of people who review requests. Saved drafts expire and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Separately from what you submit, our servers and content delivery network keep ordinary technical logs of requests to this site, including IP address, time, and browser user-agent. We use them to run and secure the site. Delivery logs are deleted after 90 days and application logs after six months. This is security and operations logging rather than tracking, and we disclose it rather than tell you the site records nothing.
How long we keep it
Saved drafts expire and are deleted automatically after 30 days. Submitted requests are kept until we delete them, and we do not yet run them on a fixed automatic schedule: setting one is work we have not done, and we would rather say so than describe a schedule that is not running. You do not need to wait for it. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, subject to the limits set out in the privacy policy.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including your verified number and any saved drafts. Write to privacy@rapidity.us, and mention your verified number so we can locate your record.
Changes
Each version of this policy carries a version identifier. If the policy changes in a way that matters, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before your next submission.
